How it all started

Mr. Uchiyama is the founder of Atlas World USA and proponent of the natural immune support benefits of the AbM mushroom (Agaricus blazei Murill). At the age of 46, health challenges were haunting Mr. Uchiyama until he heard about an edible almond flavor mushroom that was rumored to have wonderful health-promoting benefits. After trying the AbM mushroom, the results were staggering. Now in his late 60’s, Mr. Uchiyama is still flying all over the country healthier than ever. He then knew, sharing the benefits of the AbM mushroom was what he wanted to do. Soon after, he was giving the mushroom to many people. He witnessed how well the mushroom helped his friends and family members, so he sold his Euro-Disney licensing business and committed to starting an Agaricus blazei business. His Agaricus blazei business grew quickly- so quickly in fact that he needed a bigger supplier. After the explosion in the Japanese market, Mr. Uchiyama’s eye turned to the US. His team was able to grow high-quality organic Agaricus blazei mushrooms in large quantities with the consistency that met quality standards set by cosmetic and pharmaceutical clients. Thus Atlas World USA now distributes the highest quality AbM mushroom supplements right out of a U.S facility in Pasadena, CA. The journey to educate the public about the health benefits of AbM mushroom continues. Atlas World USA offers products for both human and animal health.
